Lovely wine tasting atmosphere! I wouldn’t say these are our favourite wines in the world, but they do a great job given Ontario climate.

A very attractive place to taste the best wines. 🍷👌 Very good behavior of the staff, especially Joel. Being very hospitable. In addition to its first class wines, it also had good food. I ordered the veggie burger and the blueberry pie, both of which were delicious. To taste any wine (from the cheapest to the most expensive), you only need to pay 4 dollars. I recommend this place to everyone. Be sure you will not regret going here.

I'm not going to review the wine other than to say all of the wines we tasted at Karlo's were excellent with a wide and interesting variety. What I'm going to review is everything else around the wine. Firsty the 1800s barn this winery is set in is spectacular visually and very well set up with vintage furniture. Then off the main bar is the speak easy, cozy, inviting, and homely. An unexpected surprise. Next and as importantly are the people that work there. Wonderfully personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and non intrusive. The atmosphere in the speakeasy is family, warming, and whimsical. They have local artists play in the speakeasy regularly, but it doesn't need them. It's a perfect way to spend time with great company, great surroundings, and great staff. If you are within a 3 hour drive, go, please! You will not be disappointed! But reserve! It should be busy.

Before reviewing let me drop some names that made our weekend memorable starting with Doug who hosted us for a wine pairing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wine and personable that our experience was very elevated. We liked it so much that we came back the next day for the bubble brunch where Tyler and Morgan were the greatest hosts ever. Cannot say enough good things about this place and its staff. 1oz wine taste = $4, bubble brunch =$27 the wine was excellent and the ambiance is rustic cozy in an old barn. 10/10

Very unassuming place for wine tasting in a good way so in terms of atmosphere it was a neat place. Service was friendly. They don’t really have a food menu - I would say more snacks. Wine was okay (reds were not affordable to buy by the bottle and their cheapest red was a Pinot noir for $39 which was too youthful).

Karlo Estates represents the 'savoir-faire' of this wine region. They're one of the 20 vineyards in Ontario ('2022 results), 1 of only 3 in PEC. Had been to all 3, we can with certainty voted that is ' our preferred one": wines produced are refined ex Quartus, Quintus, Sextus, there are more than wines : live shows in an old barn as you discover or enjoy again wines, sunday brunches etc the owners are hands-on, we had the opportunity to meet and discuss with one of them, Saxe attention to details in the fabrication: soil drainage, staffing, process, inspiration etc we ended up getting a case shipped to home in ottawa, so i guess we really like it, go see for yourself

WOW the coolest winery I have ever been in.........the best thing ever was the speakeasy room. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was so cool and all inside a barn. Wine was excellent and discovered a new favourite one recommended by our server! Will definitely be back again!
